I contacted Abbott Air to have normal maintenance performedon my HVAC system. I received a cordial response from the office personnel andwas given a detailed explanation of the service plans they provide. Since theirpricing was very competitive, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. On theday of the appointment, I received a text that included the technician’s name,biography and photo. The technician Connor arrived at the designated time andwas very courteous and professional. It was apparent he had years of experienceworking on HVAC systems. He spent a considerable amount of time providing adetailed explanation of the service performed. He also gave me recommendationson air duct filters, ideal temperature settings and frequently encounteredissues that may arise with the HVAC systems in Florida. Connor was meticulousin his approach to this job. I couldn't be more pleased. This company istop-notch, customer focused and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommendtheir service.
